Bespoke Design Service
All our parts are manufactured from bespoke designs, our in-house design team will evaluate the needs of your spring or component and ensure they produce a cost-effective design that meets your needs. Assembly Service
Our assembly service can incorporate components manufactured either by us or brought in items. We can provide any assembly service you require.
VMI and Kan-Ban
We have a proven track record of managing our customers’ requirements, we can operate kan-ban, VMI and other stock management systems.
If required, we can also offer bar coding for ease of stock control and traceability – reducing your inventory and saving you money, time and worry.
We can also provide high quality packaging and labelling of your products to ensure that every spring or component is delivered to you in pristine condition.
Our dedicated delivery driver will deliver at a time that suits you, ensuring you receive your products when needed. For those larger orders, we will ensure delivery is completed by one of our reputable couriers.
Our specialist in-house production office will source the exact material required for your product from high carbon stainless steels to other non-ferrous grades, we have a network of trusted suppliers so we can ensure the correct material is sourced for you.
EDM Facility
We have invested heavily in the latest machinery, from specialist CNC machines through to our large power presses which link up to our EDM and machining centre.
There are a variety of finishes available for your product from electro plated, passivated through to painted and shot peened. We will make recommendations on the correct finish depending on the final use of your part.
Quality Control
Quality control is extremely important to ensure your part is manufactured to the highest standard possible, our specialist quality control department will ensure your products are tested rigorously and we are registered to the latest ISO 9001. We are also members of the Institute of Spring Technology.
