Founded in April 1948, SSP has traded successfully since, and continues to grow and innovate. Tim Page leads today’s team, having worked within the business for over 40 years.

Our specialist facility near the New Forest offers design, manufacture, assembly and delivery of all types of springs and pressings.
For the manufacture of pressings our tooling and engineering facility can design and produce any tooling required, from manufacturing sample batches through to large production.

We invest in the latest technology
We are constantly investing in the latest machinery and specialist tools, most recently we have purchased another new power press production line in order to increase the volume of pressings we manufacture even further.
We have extended our range of manufacturing capabilities with the purchase of a new Wafios wire forming and torsion spring machine.
Our new tool design and production office is up and running, the dedicated workspace will allow the team to design components using the latest CAD tool design technology which will also link directly through to our new EDM and machining centre. A new air conditioning system has also been installed throughout the whole facility.
